Additional Projects in Place
Founded in 2012, the Boulder City Beer Festival is held annually in Wilbur Square park in the heart of historic Boulder City, Nevada. The “BCBF” features over 30 brewery tents and trailers, 10 food trucks, 20 specialty vendors, great live music, and is a fund-raiser for Nevada’s 501c3’s Education and Internship programs.
Grab your sunscreen for the MonteLago Beerfest located in one of Nevada’s best special event destinations: The Village at Lake Las Vegas! Founded in 2014 and operational until 2020, attendees strolled the cobblestone paths sampling great beers served from over 30 breweries, while local jazz bands played from the Lake stage!
Future Events in Development
There’s still much to do in Nevada’s growing craft brewing industry, beer loving community, and beyond. Here are some of the highlights…
Las Vegas Beer Festival (.com)
Advertised nationally as a multi-day event, the “LVBF” has global name recognition. Built on the combined qualities of the Oregon Brewers Festival and the Great American Beer Festival, this operation each Spring should also include a brewers conference business aspect.
Reno Beerfest (.com)
A smaller version of the LVBF, the “RBF” is well suited to be held each fall. Breweries from the greater Northwest region of the country would likely be the focus of this annual outdoor celebration.
Main Street Beerfest (.com)
Main Street Beer Festival (.com)
This destination event is well suited for a hotels, bars and brewery partner’s on Main Street in downtown Las Vegas. The “MSBF” can also happen in any city who’s central core has a Main Street designated.
Royal Brews (.com)
The spirit behind this event is that it features all top shelf beers. Best suited for an indoor location, this should also be a food pairing event happening as a series within other celebrations such as the Epicurean Affair, Vegas Uncork’d and Nevada Beer Weeks!
Las Vegas Holiday Festival (.com)
Every town needs a holiday event featuring seasonal libations that Fall and Winter inspire! Since it’s the holidays everyone’s invited! Local craft beer, wine, spirits and great food will make a memorable menu. Think fancy Friday and casual Saturday, the “LVHF” is a fundraiser for local family charities too.
Summerlin Beerfest (.com)
The expanding Summerlin suburb is well suited for another event on it’s annual calendar. The beer, wine and food festivals that have been held at Tivoli Village and the Downtown Summerlin shopping complex prove there’s growing neighborhood support!
Southwest Beerfest (.com)
Southwest Beer Festival (.com)
This large scale event would be great in any state in the Southwest ready to host it. The “SWBF” can also potentially rotate to a different city every year. Great location options provide endless possibilities! Beer lovers who like to travel can expect exciting new experiences every year at each “must attend” annual celebration.
